REGISTRATION UPDATE - December 2, 2024:
We have set our dates for the upcoming 2025 Season, we are so excited to see what this summer has in store! Check out the camps here, 2025 Camps We are so excited for another wonderful, joy filled summer of Shagabec and all of YOU!
We have set our Registraiton Date for March 14, 2025. We will be having a staggared entry -
- 1 PM - Sr. Coed and Jr. Coed
- 1 30 PM - Jr. and Sr. Scampers AND Jr. and Sr. Hodge Podge
- 2 PM - Jr. and Sr. Squirts, Day Camps AND Wannabeakidagain?!

We could not run Camp Shagabec without the amazing, kind, loving, generous, caring and talented volunteers that make camp so special. Your time and dedication has not gone unnoticed. We love you from the bottom of our hearts and we say THANK YOU!
AGM MEETING and SPRING MEETING 2025:
Our next meetings will be held in Swift Current at the First United Church on March 29th beginning at 9:30am. We will begin with our AGM and then continue on to our Spring Meeting. Lunch will be provided and all are welcome. If you are interested in joining the committee, please contact Kat (info found in the contact section).
GENERAL INFO:
We are a United Church Camp, but campers of all faiths and non-religious campers are welcome. We are located in the beautiful Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park in Southwestern Saskatchewan. During July and August we run seven weeks of age-specific camps, for children from five to eighteen.
- Rental: Shagabec provides an excellent environment for school groups, retreats, conferences, outdoor education, workshops and leadership training.
- Our Mission Statement is: "At Camp Shagabec, we strive to be a place where all feel welcomed and accepted; where everyone may experience spiritual growth, community, and apppreciation for the natural world."
- Each summer over 650 people enjoy the Camp Shagabec experience - come and join us for a week you won't forget!!
